Signature Witnessing

Here is the last installment of the types of Certificates you can choose from if your document doesn’t have that information in it, and of the four, Signature Witnessing is probably the one clients choose most. Here, the Notary certifies that the individual before them is who he/she claims to be, and watches as they sign the document.

The main difference between a signature witnessing and an acknowledgment is that the notary witnesses the document being signed, and the signer doesn’t have to “acknowledge” that they willingly signed.
